We have some families that are requesting additional Camp Cards and we are out of spare cards.  If you do not feel that you will sell your cards, please return them THIS TUESDAY at the Troop Meeting.  All money and unsold cards are due April 29th at the Court of Honor.  Thanks.

Troop PLC / Committee Meeting MONDAY night

Posted on Apr 12 2015 - 8:39pm

This is a reminder that this week we will have our PLC (6:00) and Committee (7:00) meetings on Monday night so they will not interfere with the Webelos transition on Tuesday night.  PLC should include all new youth leaders and troop guides.

Thank you.

Troop Camping Trip

Posted on Apr 12 2015 - 8:36pm

Our upcoming camping trip for April 17-19 has been changed from Mt. Rodgers to Belk Camp.  Older scouts will help prepare the camp for the upcoming OA Dixie Fellowship, the younger scouts will work on Tenderfoot requirements.  Patrol food money is due this Tuesday night.($20.00)

No PLC/Committee Meeting this week.

Posted on Apr 5 2015 - 9:01pm

Due to Spring Break this week, we are moving the PLC and Committee meetings to next Monday night, the 13th, same times.  This way there will not be any interference with the Webelos moving up on the 14th.

Thank you.

Camp Cards (Half due March 31)

Posted on Mar 23 2015 - 6:42am
One way to help defer the costs of camp is to sell Camp Cards.  Camp Cards have discounts for area businesses that folks can use throughout the year.  You will sell the cards for $5 each.  $2.50 of that goes back to the council to help with expenses at the camp sites and $2.50 goes into your Scout's "bank" at the Pack to help pay for camp.

Boy Scout Summer Camp = 104 cards!!

If you have taken cards and have not sold at least half of them by NEXT TUESDAY (March 31st), at least half should be turned in so we can setlle up at the Scout Office on Wednesday.

If you have questions, please see Malinda.

Summer Camp Merit Badges - DUE Tuesday March 24

Posted on Mar 18 2015 - 11:28am
Our summer camp session is scheduled for 6/28 – 7/4.  It’s time to select Merit Badge classes for those boys planning to attend.  Attached is the schedule of classes offered, the pre-requisite’s for each (if applicable) and any additional money needed (if applicable).  Take a look and select the classes you wish to take for each of the 6 sessions.  Keep in mind, some classes are 2 sessions in length.  If you are a younger scout and/or are still in need of some Eagle required Merit Badges, we highly recommend you start with those.  The Eagle required classes offered are Communications, Camping, Cooking, Citizenship in the Community, Citizenship in the Nation, Citizenship in the World, Emergency Preparedness (or Lifesaving), First Aid, Personal Fitness, Swimming (or Cycling) and Environmental Science.
These forms are due no later than our Troop meeting on Tuesday, 3/24.  Feel free to reach out to Ms. Kelly with any questions.
